First off SweetFX is for DirectX only, it has no impact on OpenGL i.e. It will make Geralt paler so if you have a really pale geralt mod it might be too much, also Geralt will look more gritty and rugged. Like the name suggests its a slightly more grim look to the game, mainly by removing yellow/orange tint and reducing colors a bit without making it look lifeless.
